Italian Home, based in Kuwait, is a leading provider of luxury home solutions, specializing in contemporary, high-quality interiors sourced from top European brands.
In 2023, they collaborated with us to elevate their brand visibility and firmly establish their position within the "accessible luxury" market segment.
Abstract
Italian Home required a comprehensive revamp of their digital presence to highlight the quality of their services as well as differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market.
The Challenge
Revamping an existing Brand’s Strategy & Direction while the Brand is an aspects “Live” was an intriguing challenge. But it also allowed us to test and refine our approach in real-time.
Our Solution
Brand Strategy & Copywriting
We began by defining Italian Home's core brand elements—mission, vision, and values—to reflect their commitment to making luxury both aspirational and attainable. Brand values provided the foundation for all subsequent content creation and creative direction, ensuring consistency across key customer touchpoints; their website, social media channels, and promotional events.
We also developed bilingual (English and Arabic) copywriting for crucial brand communication assets, including the "About Italian Home" section, detailed descriptions of services, and an overview of the European brands they carry. The goal was to clearly articulate Italian Home's unique value proposition while maintaining a tone that resonated with the ethos of accessible luxury and sophistication. We ensured that both languages communicated the same level of quality and approachability.
Creative Direction & Social Media
To establish Italian Home's cohesive brand identity, we developed Social Media Guidelines that set the standard for content across all platforms. Carefully selected Logo Usage, Bilingual Typography, Color Palette and Graphic Elements. Our creative direction involved producing a range of visual and written content—photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting—that embodied the accessible luxury concept. The content strategy was designed to engage the target audience by blending elegance with relatability. Key elements included showcasing product craftsmanship, highlighting key lifestyle features, and creating interactive posts that encouraged audience participation.
Website UX/UI Design & Development
We designed and developed a modern, user-friendly website for Italian Home, with a strong emphasis on user experience and seamless interaction. Built on WordPress, the website is bilingual and serves as an extension of Italian Home's brand identity. The design focused on clean aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and a luxurious feel that highlighted their services, projects, and brand offerings in an engaging way.
Event Coverage
Italian Home participated in Mirzam, that highlighted their expertise and product offerings. We provided comprehensive event coverage, capturing their involvement and showcasing their industry leadership to a wider audience. This included high-quality photography and videography tailored for social media and other digital platforms, extending the impact of their participation beyond the event.

Italian Home experienced increased brand awareness, improved sales, and successfully repositioned themselves within the accessible luxury segment.
