An idea turned tangible
What you know as Robin’s started its life as an idea.
An idea shared by two brothers to create the first European Bistro in Kuwait.
The Challenge
Creating a restaurant from an idea ─ in 6 months.
Our Solution
We began with brand strategy; understanding the core values of the brand, its prime audiences, and competitors. Then we complemented the strategy with 3 names. The name of Robin’s was chosen at the end of a series of Strategy Workshops.
The next step was to design a brand identity that not only encompassed the brand strategy, but also communicated directly to it’s prime audiences. Provided with 2 options, the client chose the more natural and warmer identity.
Storytelling
A bird telling the story of its travels and new recipes was the rationale behind the name.

An illustrated logo of the Robin’s bird set with a bold typeface was the highlight of an identity that stood out in the Kuwaiti F&B Niche.
The Interior
The earthy color palette was not merely for the packaging, but also directly influenced the interior design made in collaboration with LaNovelle. The natural interior was designed with a single concept: to transport visitors to a truly novel experience. An experience that was never before felt in Kuwait.
Our Impact
Robin's became more than a bistro; it set the standard for what a restaurant in Kuwait should feel like. For the entire first 4 weeks, it was fully reserved with a waiting list for the month after.
